Hi, I’m Kelly
Life Transition & Wellbeing Coach, mum, and someone who knows what it feels like to lose sight of yourself.
I don’t coach from a place of having read about life transitions in a textbook.
I coach from professional experience, training and lived experience.
I know what it feels like when life changes around you and, somewhere amongst relationships, motherhood, work, responsibilities and simply keeping everything going, you become disconnected from who you are.
For me, it didn’t happen overnight.
There were times in my life when I stopped trusting myself. I became used to questioning my decisions, putting other people first and adapting to what was happening around me.
Years ago, I experienced this within an abusive relationship. Later, after becoming a mum, I began to recognise some of those same feelings again — even though the circumstances were very different.
I was functioning. I was getting things done. I was being a mum, working and managing life.
But somewhere underneath all of that, I wasn’t sure where Kelly had gone.
Then life changed again
Separation. Single motherhood. Career changes. Redundancy. Financial uncertainty.
There have been plenty of moments when life hasn't followed the plan I thought I had.
But those experiences also made me realise something important:
Losing connection with yourself doesn't mean you've lost who you are.
The person underneath the roles, expectations, responsibilities and experiences is still there.
Sometimes you just need the space and the right support to find her again.
That is a huge part of why I now do what I do.
I have over 15 years' experience across coaching, personal development, sales, business development and supporting people through change, alongside a Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching.
But qualifications are only part of what I bring.
I understand how vulnerable it can feel to admit:
I don't know what I want anymore.
I don't feel like myself.
I know something needs to change, but I don't know where to start.
You don't need to arrive with the answers.
We'll work them out together.
My role isn't to tell you who you should become or hand you another list of things you should be doing.
It's to give you the space to hear yourself again.
To recognise what has been happening.
To understand what you need.
To reconnect with your own voice.
And then to start making choices that feel like you.
You might be navigating a separation or divorce.
You might have become so consumed by motherhood that you've forgotten what you enjoy outside of being “Mum”.
You might be facing redundancy, a career change or another unexpected transition.
Or there might not be one big event at all.
You might simply know:
“I don't feel like me anymore.”
That's enough.
Through my ROOT Reset, Rooted & Bloom and Grow & Flourish coaching, I create a supportive, judgement-free space where we can untangle what is going on and work out what comes next.
You won't be expected to have everything figured out before you start.
I've lived that feeling of losing connection with yourself. I also know what it feels like to begin finding your way back.
And you don't have to do that part alone.
This might be for you if…
You’re getting through everyday life, but somewhere along the way you’ve lost touch with you.
You might be:
You don’t need to be at rock bottom.
You don’t need to have a big plan.
And you definitely don’t need to have the answers.
You just need to be willing to get curious about you again.
Coaching isn’t therapy, counselling or someone telling you what to do.
I won’t give you a perfect five-step formula for your life, because your life isn’t a formula.
I won’t tell you to “just think positively”, become a completely different person or pretend the difficult stuff hasn’t happened.
And I won’t do the work for you.
What I will do is create a space where you can slow things down, untangle what’s going on, challenge some of the patterns that might be keeping you stuck and start hearing your own voice again.
Because this isn't about becoming someone new.
It's about reconnecting with the person who's been there all along.
